It’s an all-purpose adhesive caulk ideal for a wide range of interior and exterior applications. Alex Plus contains silicone, giving it unrivalled adhesion and flexibility to resist expansion and contraction without cracking. It creates an impermeable seal that keeps air and moisture out of cracks and joints, improving energy efficiency. Cured caulk resists mildew. Alex Plus can be painted with latex- or oil-based paints. It’s easy to use and shape, has low odor, cleans up easily with soap and water, and is low in VOCs. This contractor box contains 12 tubes of 300 ml.
