This Simpson face mount hanger helps to put together a building’s structural integrity. It provides support underneath the joist, rafter, or beam in order to ensure a secure connection. The 2.5-inch joist hanger provides strength while requiring fewer fasteners to install. The galvanized joist hanger is made of steel, which makes it highly durable.
- Locator tabs may be bent back to adjust for hanger placement or to leave a completely smooth top surface
- Models will normally accommodate a skew of up to 5-degrees
- IUS-series hangers are tested, load rated and code compliant
