Fakro’s premium European designed and built solid wood trim manually vented skylights are a great way to brighten up almost any room in your home and provide superior fresh air circulation. Recommended for installation where the skylights will be fairly easy to reach and operate with a window crank (included) or telescoping pole.

Features easy “bracket-free” installation so that one-person can complete the installation using the included hardware. A mosquito screen, a template for cutting the rough opening, and installation hardware are included. A crank (SZK) or extendable telescoping control rod (SZS) from 5 feet to 10 feet for opening and closing are available separately. The SZK crank can be replaced by a hex-ball adapter to allow for operation with SZS control rod.
- All Fakro skylight glass are LoE coated, dual-glazed, and filled with argon gas; laminated glass comes with a 10-year warranty on glass breakage due to hail
- Ideal for easy to reach applications, includes SZK crank handle
- Special perimeter gasket under the frame for increased insulation, the unit is low profile for optimum appearance on roof and an internal gasket drainage system protects frame and drywall from condensation
- Premium narrow grain pine interior wood frame, pressure treated, and factory lacquered up to 50% wider than competition
- Suitable for roof pitches between 15-85°; install with Fakro EL, ELA-T, or EH flashing kit (sold separately) for full warranty coverage; ELA-T provides additional insulation and energy efficiency
- Laminated glass reduces exterior noise, is energy efficient and provides added safety and protection from UV rays for out of reach applications
