Description
The Columbia Skylights roof access hatch is made from high-quality materials that are designed to meet the harsh demands of the Canadian climate. This roof access hatch is the ideal solution for providing exterior access to the roof, creating an outdoor living space or simply creating a safety exit. This model includes a pull bar, locking latch and hydraulic gas cylinders that support the hatch when in the open position. Can be installed on a flat or pitched roof.
- Mount to site built wood curb (with any height and a maximum 1 ½-in width) through pre-drilled holes in the aluminum base frame
- Designed for inside curb dimensions of 36.5-in x 74.5-in
- The aluminum frame is designed with a thermal break, preventing the transfer of cold from the outside to the inside frame
- Durable, low maintenance exterior aluminum frame with brown baked enamel
- The entire skylight lifts off the curb and is sealed to the curb with a high-density foam gasket
- Double glazed clear acrylic is the industry standard and maximizes the amount of light coming into your home
