It has a lifetime mold and mildew guarantee so the sealant stays looking fresh and new. Kwik Seal Ultra(TM) is 100% waterproof and crack proof. It can be exposed to water in as little as 4 hours after application without washing out. It is safe for granite and marble, cleans up easily with water and is low in odor. This 300 ml product can only be used for interior applications.
