It features 3 panes of tempered glass for an excellent thermal performance.
- Designed for inside curb dimensions of 30.5-in x 30.5-in (outside curb dimensions: 33.5-in x 33.5-in)
- For sloped roofs, the use of aluminum flashing kit (model FKCM-36) and Columbia’s roofing underlayment is recommended to ensure optimal weather tight seal (sold separately)
- Durable, low maintenance exterior aluminum frame with brown baked enamel finish
- Features industry leading, triple tempered glazed LoE3 clear glass with amazing performance against heat gain and heat loss
- Environmentally friendly skylight that helps keep heating and cooling costs down
