Includes our Condensation Control Technology, a wide rigid gutter that prevents water staining in your light shaft. Include 3 panes of tempered glass.
- Skylight utilizes maintenance-free white vinyl base frame with an integrated 4-sided gutter to collect any condensation caused by Canada’s extreme climate
- Designed for roof opening of 30.5 in x 30.5 in
- Built in PVC curb and flashing, no flashing kit required; suitable for low profile asphalt shingle or shake roofs
- Durable, low maintenance exterior aluminum frame with baked enamel black finish
- Triple glazed LoE3 clear glass, with amazing performance against heat gain and heat loss (tempered/tempered/tempered)
