Fakro’s premium European designed and built solid wood trim electrically vented skylights are a great way to brighten up almost any room in your home and provide superior fresh air circulation. Provides easy control for out of reach applications through radio-controlled motor system, remote control, and integrated rain sensors. Z-Wave remote control technology allows for easy Smart Home system integration. You can operate your skylight via a wall keyboard, or through your Z-Wave compatible Smart Home Hub and App. Then connect to Nest, Amazon Alexa, or Apple Home Kit. Features easy “bracket-free” installation so that one-person can complete the installation. An insect screen, remote control, external rain sensor, template for cutting the rough opening, and installation hardware is included.

- Laminated glass reduces exterior noise, is energy efficient and provides added safety and protection from UV rays for out of reach applications
- Install with Fakro EL, ELA-T, or EH flashing kit (sold separately) for full warranty coverage; ELA-T provides additional insulation and energy efficiency.
