The Pinnacolo Ibrido Hybrid Outdoor Pizza Oven allows you to choose to cook with wood or gas in the same oven. The Ibrido puts you in charge of not just what you cook but how you cook it. You can cook using old world traditional wood fire and then simply switch to the modern liquid propane gas fire. The Ibrido also features a wall-to-wall cordierite cooking surface with 745-in² of cooking space. That means 2 or 3 or even 4 pizzas can cook at one time! The double wall insulated dome is coated in an extremely durable porcelain enamel finish, which is the same coating that protects the interior of your home oven. There are 4 locking swivel casters to make it easy to position, an electronic igniter to make it easy to light, and the all stainless steel construction makes it durable and long lasting and the IBRIDO comes complete with all the accessories you need to make you a great cook!
