Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durabiity and easy sharpening. With contoured, triple rivet handles and an anti-slip full length front bolster, Professional X50 Chef knives offer comfort, control and elegant good looks.The ProCook Smoked Glass and Acacia Knife Block will be a stunning focal point in any kitchen and has been exclusively designed in house.
