Description
Introducing the BA-FRI-18-18. The BA-FRI fire rated access door can be installed on your fire-rated walls and ceilings as required by code. Its 1 inch flange makes it easy to install on any surface. It is constructed with 16-gauge cold-rolled steel frame and 20-gauge galvanneal steel door and insulated with 2 inches of mineral wool. As per UL and NFPA standards, once the installation is complete and the provided springs are hooked to the back of the panel, the door will be self-closing and self-locking. It features both a self-latching tool key operated slam latch and a ring operated slam latch, with an inside panel release.
