FORNO’s Capriasca, a 30-inch dual-energy swing-door range, harmonizes professional style and performance in the home kitchen with its durable stainless steel design. Unique French doors mean that open doors offer up to 12 inches of extra space to access the oven. The gas range top features 5 sealed brass double-ring burners with a total output of 100,000 BTU for simmering chocolate or sauces, a 20,000 BTU double-ring burner for boiling or searing and is capable of simmering chocolate or sauces. Heavy-duty continuous cast-iron grates allow maximum utensil stability and mobility above a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity that helps contain spills and splatters and is easy to clean. The 4.32 ft³ electric oven, with a total output of 6,300 watts, is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior, equipped with a true convection fan that ensures fast, precise and even cooking. The unit includes an LP conversion kit, 3 telescopic stainless steel oven racks, wok ring, reversible baking tray, rotisserie kit and skewer forks, fry basket with rack and drip pan.
