Always use thick, firm vegetables or fruit that can be cut straight at each end.Place the spiralizer on an even, flat surface and make sure to push down on all 4 corners until the suction cups are secure.To insert the blade of your choice place the spiralizer with the handle end facing towards you. Then take hold of the blade using the tab at one end and insert the long straight edge of the blade through the blade slot on the right of the fixed blade.Once in place rotate the tab clockwise until the blade clicks into place. To remove the blade for washing take hold of the tab and rotate it anti-clockwise until it clicks out.Secure the chosen fruit or vegetable onto the single spike ensuring it is centred and then bring in the 3 prong end and secure onto the other end.TIP: Place the biggest end of the fruit or vegetable segment onto the 3 prong end.Then turn the handle applying an even moderate pressure keeping the fruit or vegetable in place to make your spaghetti. If you want to make spiral strands no additional blade is necessary.Operating instructions � Apple WizardTo use your Apple Wizard, first secure it to a flat surface by flipping the handle on the base. You will then need to decide whether you would like to peel, slice and core peel or slice and core your apple. Push down on the spring plate next to the handle to release the rotating bar then draw back and fix the apple onto the 3 prongs.Peeling, Slicing and CoringYou will need to the peeling blade and coring blade in their most upright positions. Make sure the coring blade is secure by firmly tightening the butterfly nut. Then turn the handle and the Apple Wizard will effortlessly peel, slice and core the apple.PeelingMake sure the peeling blade is upright and then undo the butterfly nut on the corer blade and turn it out of the way so that only the peeler blade is in action.Slicing and CoringLift the lever on the base of the peeling blade and secure lever into place with the catch so that it is held away from the corer blade. Place your fruit onto the four prongs and turn the handle and it will slice and core.
